Joe Gorga Dishes On His Brother-In-Law Joes Prison Sentence And Deportation Ruling

Joe Giudice, the estranged husband of Real Housewives Of New Jersey alum, Teresa Giudice, is slowly getting close to the final date of his 41-month prison sentence.

There’s been much talk of a divorce between Teresa and Joe, but during this time, Joe’s brother-in-law, Joe Gorga, has never given his opinion of the situation. Speaking with Andy Cohen on his eponymous SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, the 39-year-old dished on Giudice’s fate.

Gorga said, “I don’t know, I’m very confused,” in addition to discussing his latest book, The Gorga Guide To Success on the 13th of March, Wednesday. Gorga said he certainly hopes Joe escapes from ICE’s grasp, but he thinks it’s around a 50% chance of it going that way.

On the 14th of March, Thursday, the 46-year-old will not be allowed to see his daughters and wife following his release from prison for several counts of fraud. Radar Online reported that Joe Giudice will be escorted directly into Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.

Giudice previously filed an appeal regarding his court case and deportation ruling, but there hasn’t been a final decision yet. Thus far, it’s looking like Mr. Giudice will have to go back to his native Italy, even though he first moved to the United States as a young boy.

As it was noted above, Joe Giudice was convicted on fraud and failure to pay approximately $200,000 in taxes. In October of last year, the court ruled that Mr. Giudice had to be removed from the United States soil and shipped “back” to Italy.

The 46-year-old reality star, Teresa, said previously that she has no intentions, at all, of staying in a relationship with Joe if he has to move all the way back to Italy. Tragically, Teresa and Joe share four teenage daughters together, one of which is getting ready to go off to college.

Teresa said to other women during the reunion episode that she knows exactly what happens in those types of situations. According to her, Joe will start seeing other women, and then it’s all downhill from there. Teresa served 11 months in prison as well for fraud. Teresa and Joe have four daughters, Audriana, Milania, Gabriella, and Gia, who are 9, 13, 14, and 18 respectively.
