Pros for Mike Evans - The Athletic

Good morning, fantasy fans. Thanks for all your questions this week. It’s a fairly easy one to navigate for bye weeks, but the injury gods have balanced that out. Just as I’ve recently belabored the disappointment of first round running backs, and we discovered the cure in De’Von Achane, we lose him too. Then Justin Jefferson … it’s been a rough week already.

On the positive front, it should be a good week of football, with most games carrying a spread of five points or fewer. The games I’m circling for the most fantasy points are Minnesota at Chicago, Carolina at Miami, Indianapolis at Jacksonville, Detroit at Tampa Bay, Arizona at L.A. Rams, New York Giants at Buffalo and Dallas at L.A. Chargers. The weather will mostly cooperate today as there is a chance of light rain from Chicago to Cleveland, but the Bills expect solid rain in Buffalo tonight. Let’s get to your questions! As usual, I’ll start with questions involving the London game between Baltimore and Tennessee.

Q: Start Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Justice Hill or Keaontay Ingram in flex? PPR league. — Johnny Q.

I strongly prefer to not start running backs against the Titans but among this bunch, I think Ravens RB Justice Hill is the safest play. Zach Moss just went nuts against them, after all, and he is involved in the pass game. Seahawks WR JSN would be my homerun play. Cardinals RB Keaontay Ingram is too much of an unproven option for me given that what we have seen hasn’t been great.
